The tax collector’s office will be open the following hours commencing January 3, 2008:

January - Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8am-noon and 1 – 3:30 pm

February - Fridays from 8 am until noon

March - Mondays from 8 am until noon

Excepting Holidays January through March

County/town tax bills are mailed the beginning of January for payment without penalty by January 31st, 2008. Please refer to the back of your bill for important information.

County/town tax receipts may be obtained by contacting the tax collector if you need a copy. School tax receipts can be obtained from your school tax collector or the Niagara County Treasurer’s Office at (716) 439-7007.

School tax bills are mailed by individual school districts in September for payment in 30 days without penalty. The school tax collector’s telephone numbers are listed on the tax collector tax rate page.
