The tax collector's office will be open the following hours commencing January 3, 2011..

January 3rd - January, 31: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8am-12noon and 1-3:30pm

February 7th - March 28th: Mondays ONLY 8am-12noon

March 31st: 8am - 12noon and 1-3:30pm

County/town tax bills are mailed the beginning of January for payment w/o penalty by January 31, 2011.

School tax bills are mailed by individual school districts in September for payment in 30 days without penalty. School tax receipts can be obtained from your school tax collector (numbers are listed below), or by calling the Niagara County Treasurer’s Office at (716) 439-7007.
