A Public Information Meeting was held at 7 PM on December 13, 2001, during which Wendel Duchscherer Architects & Engineers presented the Cambria Town Park Master Plan.  The Plan is on display in the Town Hall foyer and may be viewed during regular office hours: Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

A summary of the Master Plan is as follows:

Total Property:  108.7 acres

Wetland:              27.3 acres

 

Net = 74.4 acres for park development

 

Phase I = 49.3 acres of infrastructure playfields, picnic area and multipurpose park building (23 acres) plus the development of the wetland area trail system (26.3 acres)
